Walk away. Investigate. Proceed.
Bad land is cut first: flood exposure, tree cover, steep slope, low ground. What is left is scored on what is already built and lit around it. Paying does not change the number.
- Walk away: a hard constraint, such as a floodplain, decides it.
- Investigate: nothing rules it out, but something needs a person on the ground.
- Proceed: the land reads well enough to spend money on a proper visit.
Why only Delhi
Nova gives a verdict only where two things are true: the data it reads is licensed for commercial use, and the verdicts have been checked against sites a person has visited. Today that is one city.
Adding cities faster would mean selling data we are not allowed to sell, or verdicts nobody has checked. We would rather be small and right.
Not a survey
